The pavillion of the Islamic Republic of Iran was opened at the New Delhi Book Fair on Saturday, February 10, 2024, with the presence of H.E. IrajElahi, the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to India and the Honorable Deputy Minister of Cultural Affairs of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance of Iran. Mr. Elahi, while visiting the exhibition, said: "The statistics of book publishing in Iran are significant, and the translation of Iranian books into Hindi will create a huge cultural exchange between Iran and India." The 32nd New Delhi International Book Fair will be held from February 10 to February 20, 2024.
