Journalists from Urdu and Hindi media in a meeting with the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in New Delhi expressed their condolences for the martyrdom of the President and Foreign Minister of Iran

A group of journalists from Urdu and Hindi media in India visited the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in New Delhi on Thursday, 30 May 2024, to express their condolences for the martyrdom of the esteemed President and Foreign Minister, and their accompanying delegation in the helicopter crash. They expressed their sympathy with the government and the people of Iran.

Dr Iraj Elahi, Ambassador of Iran, in this meeting, while appreciating the condolences from the government and people of India to the people of Iran, stated: Ayatollah Raisi played a very important role in expanding relations between Iran and India, and certainly, this process will continue after him as well.
