Dr. Iraj Elahi , the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to New Delhi, emphasized in an interaction with Indian media and news agencies (16 March 2023) that Iran has no limitations in developing bilateral relations with India, and there is room for the all-round expansion of relations between the two countries. In response to reporters' questions about Iran's recent deal with Saudi Arabia, he emphasized that Tehran and Riyadh are two major poles in the Islamic world and are trying to develop their relations for regional peace and stability. Without a doubt, the recent deal has had significant regional and trans-regional achievements and will lead to significant and new developments in the region. In another part of his remarks, Iran ambassador to India in response to questions from Indian reporters about developments in Afghanistan, emphasized that handing over the Afghanistan embassy in Tehran to the Taliban does not mean a change in our country's policies towards the Taliban, and we still seek the formation of an inclusive government in Afghanistan with the participation of all groups and stakeholders. Dr. Iraj Elahi congratulated Nowruz  and invited the participants   to visit our Nowruz cultural programs that will be held with the participation of other countries in the region.
